Jeff has over a decade of experience in the field of architectural and development management of international real estate encompassing a wide range of project types in many international markets, with a focus in commercial, residential and mixed-use real estates.

Starting in the field of architecture and leading on to project and asset management, Jeff has been exposed to various challenges, taking on leading role in various aspects of the projects, liaising between various parties, leading and coordinating multiple aspects including designing the business case, reporting, searching and identifying various opportunities, diving into details of acquisition, implementing the business plan and designs, coordinating construction, and overseeing implementation on the assets, including marketing and managing the full asset management cycle through disposals.

With a good understanding of real estate investments and a deep understanding of the architecture process in key international markets, Jeff brings a more holistic approach towards real estate development. With a strong background in architectural design and understanding of international real estate, coupled with his ability and insight into the design process, the result has brought many successful results.
